How do I move a member from one group to another?
To move one of your members from one group to another, first, go to your Admin Center tab and select the group you wish to move the member from. Please note, you're only able to move members from group to group within an organization. You're unable to move members from separate organizations.
Then, click on the Members tab. Then, click on the box next to the member's name (or names if there are multiple members) you wish to move and then click "Move to Group" at the bottom of the list. A drop-down menu will appear with all the groups you're able to move the member to. If you have many members in your group, you can search for a member by their last name under Manage Members.
