How do I set up a Challenge for my organization or group?

Please log into your account and select your organization from the Admin Center tab. 

Then, select the Challenges tab from the menu on the left-hand side. At the top, please choose the tab "Create New Challenge".

Custom Challenges: 
To set up a new Challenge, click on the custom challenge, and click next. Next, select the start date. Next, you'll want to select the participants: all members of your organization (or in that specific group) or selected groups. If you choose groups, you'll be able to pick which groups you would like to add. Finally, you will name the challenge, select the date range, and choose either a cumulative goal (i.e 100 miles over the course of the challenge) or a by day goal (i.e. 10,000 steps a day) then select your Challenge activity type (miles, moves, or steps) and a goal for that activity. Any notes that you enter in the “description” section will be visible to all of the participants, so this is a good place to clearly explain the Challenge goal, outline any rewards or incentives offered, and get your participants excited about the challenge! When all your details are completed, select create. 




Challenge Templates:

To set up a new Challenge using the challenge template, click on the challenge you would like to use, and click next. Next, select the start date and click next. Next, you'll want to select the participants: all members of your organization (or in that specific group) or selected groups. If you choose groups, you'll be able to pick which groups you would like to add. Finally, in the confirmation tab, select which communications you would like to include in your challenge. Any notes that you enter in the “description” section will be visible to all of the participants, so this is a good place to outline any rewards or incentives offered and get your participants excited about the challenge! When all your details are completed, select the create challenge button.
