I'm having difficulty pairing my Movband 3 with my mobile app.

If you’re having difficulty pairing your device, check to make sure that:

  1. Your iOS or Android software is updated to the latest version.
  2. Bluetooth is enabled within your mobile device settings.


If you are still experiencing difficulty in pairing, try restarting your mobile device and re-attempting to pair.
