I'm having difficulty pairing my Movband 3 with my mobile app.
If you’re having difficulty pairing your device, check to make sure that:
- Your iOS or Android software is updated to the latest version.
- Bluetooth is enabled within your mobile device settings.
If you are still experiencing difficulty in pairing, try restarting your mobile device and re-attempting to pair.
