I'm having difficulty syncing my Movband 3 with the mobile app.

If you’re having difficulty syncing your device with your mobile app, check to make sure that:

  1. You’re iOS or Android software is updated to the latest version.
  2. Bluetooth is enabled within your mobile device settings.

 

If you are still experiencing difficulty in syncing, try restarting your mobile device and re-attempting to pair.
