How should I use my Movband when biking?

Movband 2, 3, & 4: Because your hands are mostly stationary on the handlebars when biking, and thus not picking up your movement, we recommend that you either wear your Movband around your ankle or secure it in your shoelace or sock in order to capture movement while cycling or spinning.
You may notice that the distance you’ve biked is different than mileage tracked on your Movband. The Movband measures distance based on your stride length (versus a GPS device that will measure distance via satellite). You will get credit for your moves, but your distance will reflect the equivalent stride distance, not the distance biked.
If you are using the Movband 3, try wearing the hip clip that came with it!
