How do I pair my Movband with the HealthSpective app?
2: 2 is not compatible with our Mobile app, and can only sync/pair via computer with USB cord.
3 & 4: After creating your Engage account, you will be immediately prompted to connect a device. When you land on the Connect a Device page, select your respective device. You will then be prompted to enter your ID.
For 3 – your 3's ID is the last 4 alpha- digits of the serial number located on the sticker on the back of the device and on the bottom box.
For 4 – your 4's ID is located on your device's ID screen after the sleep mode screen. It is a six digit alpha-numeric code.
If you're having trouble pairing your 3 or 4 with our mobile app, there are a few things you can try:
Ensure you have the latest version of our app installed and updated. Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to check the app version and/or install the latest version.
Check that Bluetooth is enabled within your mobile device settings
If you're still experiencing trouble, try restarting the app and restarting your mobile device and re-attempting to pair.
