Help - I'm having trouble pairing with the HealthSpective mobile app!

Movband 2Movband 2 is not compatible with our HealthSpective app, and can only sync/pair via computer with USB cord 

Movband 3 & 4: If you're having trouble pairing your Movband 3 or 4 with our HealthSpective app, there's a few things you can try: 

  • Ensure you have the latest version of our HealthSpective app installed and updated. Visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to check the app version and/or install the latest version.  

  • Check that Bluetooth is enabled within your mobile device settings 

If you're still experiencing trouble, try restarting the app and restarting your mobile device and re-attempting to pair.
