How do I set up and register my Movband 4?

*Please note, the Movband 4 is only compatible with the HealthSpective app. It cannot register and/or sync with a computer (and therefore does not require the Movband Sync software). To be sure that your mobile device is compatible with the HealthSpective app, please visit here. 

To register your Movband 4, please follow these instructions:  

  1.  Install the HealthSpective app from theApp Store (iOS) or the Google Play store (Android) 

  1. Launch the HealthSpective app. You will be directed to the log in screen – to create your account, please click Create Account. 

  1. Fill out all fields on the Account Registration screen, including your Group Invite Code if you have one.  

  1. After creating your account, you will be asked which device you would like to connect with your account – select Movband 4 

  1. You will then be prompted to add your Movband's PIN – the PIN is the 6 digits located on your Movband's ID screen. When adding the device, you should see a circle spinning in the top right corner.  

  1. After your Movband 4 has been successfully registered, you must immediately sync it in order to start activity collection. Click the Sync button at the top of the app to go to the Sync screen. Simply click Sync in the middle circle to sync your Movband. Syncing should only take a few seconds.
