I need help registering my Movband 2!

The first time you connect your Movband 2 to your computer with the software running, you should be prompted to create an account. Please note, one of the most common reasons we see for such an issue is simply having the Movband connected incorrectly. When connecting your Movband to the USB charging cable, be sure that the copper pins on the Movband are facing towards the white plastic on the inside of the USB charging cable. The Movband will fit into the charging cable in either direction, however, it will only charge, sync and prompt you to create an account if connected in this manner.
